Villa Cosmica's rates are per night and they vary upon the season requested.
SUMMER SEASON
June to October $650.00 plus 15% tax
WINTER SEASON
November to May $800.00 plus 15% tax

HOLIDAY PROMOTION
For these Christmas and New Years enjoy your holidays at Cosmica for only $850 per night plus Tax
(Offer Valid for bookings until november 30th,2010)
A 50% deposit will be solicited upon booking your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. Should you make your reservation 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be solicited to validate your reservation.
The rates include maid services. Any other staff service is available at an extra charge.
A security deposit of $500.00 USD will be included in your invoice. If there are no property damages or long distance calls,
it will be returned in full on your departure.
